HOMEBOUND OF THE WEEK: Mary McCart

JANIE CHAPMAN OFFERING: September is when we support missions in our state through the Janie Chapman Offering. It is used to fund missions, missions education, and advancing the Kingdom in SC! 

                                                  Our church goal: $10,000

SERVING COLLEGE STUDENTS: If you would like to help prepare and serve a meal for College of Charleston and Citadel students tomorrow, September 15th, please contact Nancy Salters. 

MEMBERSHIP CLASS: The next membership class is September 28, and will be held after the worship service. If you’re interested in joining Highland Park or would like more info about membership, please sign up on the attendance pad, or call the church office. Lunch will be provided.

PRAY CHARLESTON: This is a reminder for those signed up, to be praying tomorrow, on the 15th! There is info, prayer guides at

CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS CHOIR:  Starting next Sunday, Barbara Still and Sarah Howard will be leading a children’s Christmas choir every other week, during a portion of Children’s Church. If you would like your children to participate, please make sure they attend.   

MOVIE NIGHT: Sunday, October 19th, is Movie Night! It will be held in the gym, at 4:30pm. We will start with a time of fellowship, and food will be provided. Afterward, we will watch a movie, to be determined. Sign up for this event on your attendance pad, or call the church office.  

FALL FESTIVAL: Our Fall Festival will be Sunday, October 26 from           5-7pm. More details to come!  

MISSION TEAM: Will meet Sept 15, at 6pm in Room 10

HANDS OF LOVE: Will meet at 9:30am on September 17

CORE SEMINARS: Meet each Wednesday at 6:30pm
